Instructions to Author

Publication & Scope
The International Journal of Foreign Trade and International Business Upgradation is published monthly and follows a continuous publication model. Submission is open to researchers, academicians, and professionals working in the field of international trade, global business practices, business development, and related disciplines. All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review by domain experts. Authors are strongly advised to carefully read the editorial policies to understand the journals evaluation and review procedures. All accepted articles are subject to editorial modifications for clarity and to meet journal standards.

Authorship
All individuals listed as authors must meet the standard authorship criteria. Authorship credit should be given only to those who have significantly contributed to:

  1. The conception and design of the study, or the data analysis and interpretation
  2. Drafting the article or revising it critically for key intellectual input
  3. Final approval of the version to be published

Submission of Manuscript
All manuscripts undergo a preliminary review by the editorial board or external expert reviewers. Timely decisions are ensured to support swift dissemination of research findings. Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts should be written in clear and precise English (British or American spelling acceptable) and submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc/.docx). Research articles must follow the journal template in the sequence below:

  1. Title Page
  2. Abstract and Keywords
  3. Introduction
  4. Research Methodology
  5. Results
  6. Discussion
  7. Conclusion
  8. Acknowledgement (if applicable)
  9. References

Title Page
The title page should include:

  1. A concise and informative article title
  2. Full names of all authors (maximum six), with one full forename each, followed by affiliations including department, institution, city, postal code, and country
  3. Use superscript numbers to indicate multiple institutional affiliations
  4. Name, postal address, phone, fax, and email of the corresponding author
  5. A short running title (max 50 characters)

Abstract
The second page should include a structured abstract of up to 250 words. The abstract for research articles should include:
Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion

Keywords
Provide 3 to 6 keywords in alphabetical order, separated by commas, just below the abstract.

Introduction
Clearly define the aim of the research. Explain the rationale, background, and identify knowledge gaps that led to the study. Support with relevant, concise references.

Research Methodology
This section must describe in detail the research design, data sources, sampling methods, analytical tools, or frameworks used. It should offer sufficient information for replication.

Results
Present research findings with appropriate quantitative or qualitative data. Use tables, graphs, and figures to support the analysis. Include relevant statistical significance where applicable.

Discussion
Highlight the novelty and relevance of findings, relate them to existing literature, and elaborate on implications and limitations. Avoid repeating data already mentioned in the results.

Conclusion
Summarize key findings with final observations. Emphasize the contribution of the study to the fields of foreign trade or international business.
