Refund and Cancellation Policy
The International Journal of Foreign Trade and International Business Upgradation (IJFTIBU) adheres to a transparent refund and cancellation policy to maintain clarity and fairness for contributing authors. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as outlined below. Authors intending to cancel their submission after making a payment are advised to review the following terms carefully.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the conditions defined in this policy. Requests that fall outside these terms will not be entertained.
Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date the refund request is formally acknowledged and approved by the editorial office.
Mode of Refund
All refunds will be issued either through the original payment method or via the account details provided by the author at the time of the refund request. IJFTIBU shall not be held liable for any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect bank/payment details submitted by the author.
